Our Manor 21-25 March 2022

Welcome to this week's newsletter

We have had a variety of external visitors come to the school this week. They have been extremely complimentary on the conduct of students both within the classroom and around the site. Our curriculum intent of Work, World and Wellness plus our REACH values were visibly demonstrated, alongside an excellent quality of teaching and provision for the students. We are extremely proud of the feedback we have received.

It has been another very busy week of enrichment. Last night's Key Stage 3 Performing Arts showcase was particularly fantastic to see. As part of our work with the Elephant Group, we had a trip to Cambridge University on Wednesday; we will continue to provide opportunities for all of our young people to prepare them for life after Manor. Plenty of sports fixtures have also been taking place both at home and away, with another round of house competitions on the schedule for next week - best of luck to all three houses!

Next week is the final week of the trial examinations for Years 11 to 13. We continue to encourage students to revise and utilise their teachers' expertise and support.
