All school trips are covered by the comprehensive school insurance policy. Organisers pass on to the Educational Visits Co-ordinator details of all participants (staff and students), venues, dates and their Risk Assessment booklet.
Where professional organisations are used, they are suitably bonded e.g. ABTA or ATOL. Wherever possible at least one member of the supervisory staff has some form of First Aid training and First Aid kits are always carried. In addition to writing our own Manor School Sports College Risk Assessment, trip organisers obtain copies of Risk Assessments from commercial companies who run activities. Where possible, inspection visits are made in advance.
You can now pay for school trips via our online payment system, WisePay. You can find further information in the parents section of the website.
