Manor School awarded Silver Champion School status
Manor School was awarded Champion School Silver status by the National Citizen Service in December in recognition of our promotion of the flagship youth programme for 16 and 17 year olds.
The Champion School Awards Evening was a celebration of schools that have exceeded expectations in promoting the programme as well as recruiting students to take part. The NCS programme supports young people’s transition to adulthood by developing their strength of character and life-skills which enables them to contribute to society with a greater sense of purpose, optimism and belonging.
We hope that by continuing our work with NCS over the course of this academic year that even more of our students will sign up to the programme.
